PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE

In accordance with the provisions of art. 12 par. 6 and art. 13 of Law 236/2018 regarding insurance distribution, with reference to the information that insurers and insurance intermediaries must provide to clients,
We hereby inform you of the following:
- Renomia Insurance Reinsurance Broker SRL is authorized to operate as a brokerage company starting from 24/10/2001 under the Decision of the President of CSA no. 12 of 30/10/2001 and is registered in the Main Intermediaries Registry under no. RBK-009/10.04.2003;
- This information can be verified at the company's headquarters in Bucharest, 89-97 Grigore Alexandrescu Street, building A, 6th floor, Sector 1, as well as on the A.S.F. website at www.asfromania.ro;
- Our company represents the interests of its clients in their relationship with insurers and receives a brokerage commission from insurers, calculated based on the product sold.
- We have no contractual obligation to work with a single insurer; instead, we provide advice to our clients regarding products available on the market, so that personalized recommendations are based on professional criteria and the insurance contract best meets the requirements and needs of clients.
- Our company is authorized to provide advice regarding insurance products, to collect insurance premiums, and to issue insurance documents on behalf of the insurer;
- Renomia Insurance Reinsurance Broker SRL does not hold, directly or indirectly, voting rights, shares, or stakes in any insurer, and no insurer holds directly or indirectly voting rights, shares, or stakes in our company.
- If you have any uncertainties, doubts, complaints, or notifications regarding the Insurance Contracts concluded, as well as any complaints addressed to the personnel of our company through whom you concluded your insurance contracts, please contact us by phone at: 021 313.83.93; 021 313.85.78, fax 021 315.49.49, or by e-mail at: office@renomia.ro and you will receive a response from us within a maximum of 3 working days.
- The A.S.F. develops procedures that allow clients and interested parties, particularly consumer associations, to file complaints against distributors. The procedures stipulate the obligation to respond in all cases, regardless of whether the resolution is favorable or not. Details on these procedures can be found on the ASF website at www.asfromania.ro;
- Disputes between clients and insurance distributors may be resolved through alternative dispute resolution procedures. Details on these procedures can be found at www.salfin.ro/solutionare-litigii. These procedures do not represent a restriction of the client's right to resort to legal judicial procedures.
